1. Current approval status
No machine-translation, generative-AI, automated-transcription, synthetic-voice or other automated content-processing tool is currently approved for project or participant data.
List version: 1.0. Effective 19 August 2026. A tool may be used only after it is named here and the controlling signed Statement of Work expressly permits that use. Required client, project and participant permissions still apply.
2. Delivery declaration
Until the portal provides a dedicated declaration field, send a written declaration to the assigned project manager with every delivery record. State either “No automated tool used” or identify every tool, version, purpose, input category and output included. A declaration does not itself create approval.
3. Changes and questions
MoniSa records the list version and effective date. A seven-day change process applies only where the controlling signed agreement requires it. Questions and approval requests must go to the assigned project manager and legal@monisaenterprise.com before data is submitted to a tool.
