2. Controls and changes

MoniSa is documenting provider legal names, purposes, data, locations, transfer safeguards, approval status and contract terms. Providers should receive only data needed for the service and written confidentiality, security and data-protection terms will be used where law requires. Where a controlling signed agreement requires it, a proposed material subprocessor change will be notified at least 30 days in advance with the contractual objection route; this portal page does not create that right where it is not in the signed agreement.
